Good solid start for 100% restore or ready for every day camping use. Good Colorado title.
Replaced all water lines with Pex; Repaired and replaced waste lines; Floor is solid throughout entire camper; Re-insulated the sub-floor; New thermo-couple in furnace which runs great; Rooftop unit works; Refrigerator is a recent upgraded Norcold model 3-way LP and it is cold! Two brand new 30lb LP cylinders; new regulator and selector; New 7-way electrical cord; Re-upholstered cushions; New window position guides on all windows; Tires are in good condition; greased and re-packed wheel bearings and break drums are excellent. Very clean! Exterior has dents and dings associated with it"s age, but nothing major. Takes 2 5/16" ball to tow. Damage disclosure: Water heater lights and stays lit, but not sure if it operates properly; toilet valve leaks water through in the bowl and fills up causing water pump to run frequently (might fix if we get time); charge inverter has a loud hum (original); Front entry door has been repaired; faded paint
