Vehicle description

I originally flew to Charlotte to purchased this gem for $12,000 over 3 years ago with intent of restoring it; but I purchased a new business at the same time and it has just been getting older with me - so time to pass this project on!
I"ve invested an additional $8000 (I have all receipts), initially adding lap belts(drove it to Texas from Georgia without!) , a battery kill switch (aftermarket radio and wipers seems to stay on at times:) ), and new waterlines; more recently I put in a new starter and a brand new transmission. The mileage reads just over 8000 I have no idea how accurate that is. My intension was to learn about this motorhome as I restored it and I"d love to finish this but I just do not have the time or space anymore. The RV mechanic who replaced the transmission knows everything about this machine and is available for any in depth questions. He advised me to sell it for $20k+ but I have priced it to sell quickly as I live center city Austin and need to get it out of my driveway before the city fines me or tows it away.
