I bought this Argosy a few years ago, it had been Cleaned out down to the frame and re-insulated, LED lighting throughout, and re-covered on the inside. It’s all clean and sturdy inside. No leaks. There’s no shower. I always used the campground’s. And I only used a porta potty for emergency (not included).
I’m a writer, photographer, painter, Builder. etc. and this Argosy has been my home while traveling to different jobs and I’ve had no problem whatsoever with it. I’ve worked at building it back up in my spare time. There’s a full kitchen and 2 sleeping areas with double beds. All my “additions” are easily removed and can be moved around.
If you are new to caravaning, you may want to know that the 26” length is the perfect size. Anything bigger makes it quite difficult to turn around.

All electrical certified, LED lamps system throughout Good working brake system Rearframe reinforced Awesome water heater 3 Fantastic fans ( and they are fantastic! Hardly ever need to use the air conditioning) Wave8 8K catalytic heater (awesome) 2way 120/gas Domestic fridge 2 range gas burner Dometic 15 K air conditioner Convection oven Dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery. Pots and pans. Coffee pot, toaster. Coffee grinder. No shower. No toilet. I only used a porta potty (not included) Oh. The awnings over the windows are great but the big awning cloth might need replacing
