1974 Airstream Safari Land Yacht. This is the very desirable used 23-foot trailer with Twin axle and twin beds. Rear bathroom with shower…kitchen…all you need for a safe trip. Or extra income with a rental unit. Priced to sell… this is a real beauty that has been well maintain and is in good condition just needs a little love to make it your own. Clean title. Almost all original, clean, no smoking or pets. Well cared for and we have the service records to prove it. Rare front dinette configuration. New tires, new battery, all in working condition except needs new water filter and some caulking on the roof around the vents. Front Awning is there but haven’t opened it in years so not sure of condition. There is a scratch on one side a few minor dents. New Air Conditioner Stabilizer bars- dual wheel swing back and trailer jack included. Leveling blocks Indoor propane heater for additional heat if needed. New rock guard window protector. Needs polishing but I’m including a polish waxer…. Has wheel covers and everything you need to get started. Original owner manuals and all service records. 2 owners and we’ve had it for 30 years and honestly haven’t used it much. Thought we would use it for a grandmothers unit. Been stored in indoor facility or under a cover.
