I am selling my Argosy Airstream, 24 foot motorhome. These rare collector airstreams are becoming very hard to find and this one is in very good condition.
First I will tell you the bad . .
The only interior damage at all is some heat damage, melting of some of the plastic on the driver and passenger seats fabric, and some sun fading near the front windows. We had planned to replace the captains chairs but never got to it. The wallpaper is peeling off a bit in two areas due to heat, as it was stored in southern California for many years. There are two fist size dents in the back end cap and peeling paint in some areas. The water tank leaks and will need either to be patched, replaced or plugged ? you can see pics of all these thibgs in the photos below.
Now for the good. .
The carpets have all been replaced with oak flooring and the upholstery in all but the front seats is in perfect condition. We have the original curtains for the panoramic windows in back but took them off to improve view. The cabinets all work , no cracks or dings. The refrigerator, oven/range all work. The lights and electrical all work well. Toilet and bathroom in great condition.
The original zipdee awning is in perfect condition. .no stains, rips or fading. We even have the original manuals for that and all the other appliances as well. There is an Onan generator built into the back which we have never used. So not sure what, if anything it needs.
The rig starts and runs well, we just put 3000 into the engine,brakes and having the gas tank flushed and cleaned. New carberauter. The tires are all in excellent condition with tons of tread left.
The title is clear and the registration current. We have receipts for all work we have done. See photos for pics of receipts detailing work we have had done.
