1973 Skamper Camper 23 Feet. This is a pretty nice old Skamper. Has original seating material and newer covers all just washed. Certainly retro looking and can be very roomy inside. Lots of potential to pull beds and put cabinets or other storage. Has fold down table that makes a small bed. Center portion has storage plus 4 sleeping areas. Bathroom is a one piece fiberglass gelcoat molded not a bad yellow either. Very good condition with pedal flush toilet. 40 Gal black water non leaking tank. Being serviced (pumped) by TIDY Sept 14th. Fresh water input on right side of camper. With probably a 30 Gallon capacity. No battery. Empty weight 3,790 lbs. Tires in like new condition. Pulls smoothly with my V-8 Chevy Tahoe. Electric brakes on one of two axles to my knowledge. Serviced last in 2016 have receipt. Chassis has rust in some places see pictures. Clear title in Virginia owner/sellers name. Looks as though the original owner had it for some years than sold it and bought it back. Located in Roanoke VA just off Blue Ridge Parkway. Has Large roof unit Air Conditioner but not checked. Fresh water pipe to front sink needs replacement. Stainless steel sink with steel facets. Original Refrig untested. Looks like a replacement Propane heater has been mounted securely inside of camper. Some water damage, see pictures. Lights work at least some. This camper is almost without any ripples. Windows all work but several are missing the plastic window handles which probable broke years ago. Get aluminum replacements. There are a few with handles. I have one metal handle I keep to close any window. Comes with set of sway bars that keep her on a safe during a windy day. Most of the edging around seam is present, some missing. I am leaving it alone. Has a few scratches and dent. Needs new awning cover. Has all hardware to include the awning release.
