| “This camper would make a nice fun project for someone! Most of the interior is painted and ready to add your personal touch. A lot has been done already.Was told everything worked before.Some of the floor is newer and re-insulated. Included are new tile and 3+ sheets of Luaun, extra paint, etc... One section of the newer floor between the beds will need to be replaced due to a little leak near vent / TV antenna base. No big deal. (See pic of the floor in front of bathroom door) The bathroom floor is still real solid with its old tile,The water heater / pump and power inverter will need to be reconnected. Exterior has a few dings, dents and light scratches,still in good condition for the year.It was towed last year about 100 miles without a problem. I don't know when the wheel bearings were greased last. If you live far away you may want to stop along the way home and have them greased. Tires have good tread but older.. Sold used as is. Hello,
1973 Avion LaGrande up for a no reserve auction. This classic travel trailer should make someone happy to finish. A lot has been done. Serious and prepared to buy bidders only please. Some newer upgrades and original items include: Fridge, electric water heater are newer,
Quartz countertop / back splash /sink covers, A/C cover and newer Awning
Rear Zip Dee awning is still in good shape!
Still has the AM / FM 8 track player with speakers
Entry wall panel with chalkboard paint for drawing /writing
Original sofa cushions are still good S
Floor is newer with insulation
Bathroom floor is still original and solid with its old tile
4 boxes of Armstrong Rockport peel and stick included (see pic)
Extra left over interior paint,3 +sheets luan, hardware screws, electric cord etc. everything included will be inside.
All the tires have good tread but older. A spare tire is on back under a cover.
I have most everything to finish except LP tanks, battery, and Mattresses.
All pictures taken recently.
Clear title in my name, trailer weighs about 5,000lbs. per title
Front sofa bed,table and bed frames are just setting there for the pics and not secured. You"ll want to remove them anyway for the new tile and system reconnect. The exterior water heater cover was replaced. Trailer was towed last year about 100 miles without a problem. I wasn"t able to plug the trailer in since my tow vehicle has the round flat prong type plug and not the round pin type plug (tongue picture shows the type of plug). Because of this I don"t know if the marker lights or brakes work. You’ll need the correct type plug or bring a long set of magnetic lights.The hitch requires a 2 5/16 ball. A set of sway bars are included. Some windows have little screws holding them closed on the outside. Power jack untested. Payment due in full with cash at time of pickup. No pay pal! Pictures can help serve as part of the description. I may forget or not be aware of something. No local sales or personal showings at this time.
