1973 Apache Mesa. Bought 2 years ago, never used it, titled or plated. Time to let her go.
Lift mechanism seems fine. Tows easily. Ceiling light & fan work. Previous owner said the fridge & heater worked fine. It"s been set up as shown in the pics for a couple months, no rain leaks.
