Offered by Pioneer Vintage Trailer is a very nice 1973 Argosy 22" double axle travel trailer. The interior was in great shape and with some minor cosmetic interior repairs, we were able to keep it as close to original inside as possible. The following is a list of improvements and repairs made to the trailer.
- Entire exterior was stripped, sanded and repainted to this beautiful Teal/Cream two tone paint job
-Clear title
-15" aluminum wheels and trailer tires
-Axles and brakes were serviced and repacked, ready for the road
-All new factory window seals installed
-New roof vent gaskets
-Brand new Dometic roof top Air conditioner
-All new pex water lines replaced the old copper ones
-New Shurflow water pump and strainer
-Water heater in good shape and in working order, it was serviced
-New city water inlet with built in pressure regulator and back flow preventer
-New Furrion 30 amp power inlet
-Faucets were rebuilt and function very well
-Refrigerator is 110volt only, no gas. The old original fridge was bad.
-Gas furnace was serviced and is working great
-Sleeps 4 as the dinette and couch fold out to beds
-Weighs 3100 lbs
-We are a Zip Dee dealer and can install a new awning if so desired.
-4 stabilizer jacks work great
-New deep cycle battery
-New DC fuse panel
-New Intelli-power 45 amp converter
-Trailer has only black and fresh water holding tanks
-New propane regulator
- (2) 30lb aluminum propane tanks have been certified with updated valves and have been polished
- Brand new 2-step entrance door steps were installed
-The exterior windows, vents, seams and trim have been re-caulked and sealed
-All plumbing vents, stove vent, fridge vent covers were replaced with aluminum ones ( instead of the original plastic) and polished
-New LED running lights installed
-New LED porch light installed
- All running light and reflector housings were cleaned and polished for a beautiful accent
-A Zip Dee stove vent cover has already been installed to accommodate an awning
-Bathroom was completely removed and rotted floor was repaired and put back together
-No floor rot anywhere, it was all repaired correctly
-New vinyl wood plank flooring installed
-Brand new toilet installed
-The entire dinette and fresh water tank were removed and the new flooring was ran underneath them.
-You can see in a few pictures the in-progress work that was done
-There has been lots of work done to the trailer and you will be hard pressed to find another original Argosy in as good of shape.
