Vehicle description

This is a full gut and restoration of a 1972 Trailblazer Tenderfoot vintage camper and now is basically a new camper with a vintage shell.
I will be uploading a video walk-thru on the afternoon of 2-25-2018 please check it out at 1972 TrailBlazer Tenderfoot For Sale - YouTube Video will open in a new window [isdntekvideo]
The rebuild started with a total gut of interior and fixing all the rotten wood. All the windows were taken out and resealed with butyl tape. The exterior of the windows has been polished. Also, every screw on the exterior was replaced. The roof was scrapped and resealed with roofing tape across the front seam. Has a fresh coat of cool seal.
Interior was wired with both 110v outlets (with GFCI outlet in the kitchen) Separate circuits for the rear A/C that is a year old and another circuit ran to the roof vent for a future rooftop A/C unit if desired.and 12v wiring all LED interior lighting and a group 29 deep cycle 104 Amp Hour battery.
It has a 30-gallon freshwater tank, new 12-volt Seaflo pump and propane demand hot water heater with all new water lines. The bathroom is an RV toilet (Water valve is new) and shower. Shower faucet just had the o-rings and washers replace so it is good as new. Also has a new handheld showerhead and hoses.
Stove and oven both work great.
It has an awning that is 12ft 9in it works but has been repaired and needs to be removed to haul camper. I would replace it with the type you see at the Vintage Trailer Rallies.
The exterior is in very nice condition for its age with the normal dent or ding here and there. The paint has been touched but not totally painted.
There are 2 20# propane tanks on the tongue. The front of the camper comes with 4 stabilizer jacks.
Camper has 6 lug wheels and the tires are 3 years old with only a couple hundred miles on them.
The interior dimensions are 14" long by 7" 6 1/2" wide and 6" 1 1/2" high
The exterior dimensions are 17" 6" from tongue to rear bumper by 7" 9" wide and stands 7" 10" tall
She weighs approx 2200 Lbs with a tongue weight of 150
You do not need a big truck to pull this camper. Has Electric brakes on axles but haven"t hooked them up. I have a new breakaway safety switch if your vehicle is not equipped with a brake controller.
I would love this to go to a family that is going to embrace the vintage camper lifestyle and maintain this restoration.
