Vehicle description
Sleeps 6- 4 adults and 2 children in upper bunk, but upper bunk does not have a mattress. The mattress cushions are included, but they have some mouse damage.
T o eliminate the mouse problem t he box was raised above the frame and the under surface of the trailer was replaced with 1/4" plywood. At that time the floor was insulated with 1 1/2" extruded polystyrene.
The stove and furnace are original and both work. The refrigerator has been replaced and is electric. The water system and the black water tank do not leak.
All windows work, except the rear two which have been sealed to eliminate dust accumulation on gravel roads. They could be unsealed if desired. One pane is cracked, but does not leak.
There is water damage in the rear, but the leak has been repaired. The trailer could use some repair in the rear, but it is useable as is.
