Mostly original condition, clear Michigan title, Made in Goshen, Indiana
Solid, vintage, intact and complete but rough and dirty.
Did I mention rough and DIRTY?. .
Full front width fiberglass, tilt-up awning and window protector.
Intact, original retro green and yellow floor and yellow counter and tabletop.
Pics of green and yellow vinyl floor and toilet/shower has "test cleaning areas",
Look like they will clean up nice, Left side splash formica broken.
Coleman, built-in, 3 burner propane stove with oven and vent hood.
Propane DuoTherm furnace, condition unknown.
Single basin stainless steel sink. Pressurized water system, no water heater.
15 amp electric with 10" retractable cord. Has 120 volt, 12 volt and gas lighting.
Original Kalamazoo Humphey gas wall light in kitchen. (needs globe)
RV toilet is built in small shower room, walls, floor intact, no cracks, has openable skylight vent.
Refrigerator appears 120 volt, condition unknown.
Front dinette table converts to bed. Has rear double bed and upper retractable bunk.
There is not any mattress or dinette cushions. (about $100 at Bontragers)

Exterior metal, trim, door needs repair / replacement. Damage to bottom 8" of passenger side is from parking damage. Original door handle has missing latch/key. Fold down spare tire, with exterior storage hatch and leveling jacks. 2 propane tanks in front. HOW TO DO ON THE "CHEAP": Replace door and screen ( ($130, cheaper than ffixing it), skylite ($50 or less), Dinette cushions (about $100), Coat roof with White Urethane, mostly for aesthetics (Menards), some paneling / plywood / wood replacement/repair on inside, new ceiling tiles. .Bottom 8" of trailer: replace with 1/8" Aluminum diamond plate (see pics) Live with the dents and other patina. . Cheap upholstery, exterior metal, sky light hatches and other parts at: Bontragers RV Surplus i n White Pigeon, Mi ( 269-483-7017) Does not have the "Wings" as in the vintage Shasta ad picture, but they are on ebay.
