Vehicle description

We bought this camper in pretty bad shape and saved her from the landfill. She still isn"t in perfect or showroom shape, but we are very proud of it and think we have a special camper here. Lots of new stuff. From little things like a roof vent and camper plug cover to big things like new hot water heater, new fridge, and lots of new cabinets. A lot of unseen things too, like the re-framing of the back of the camper and the front of the camper, both ends had some water damage, but all was removed/replaced/rebuilt even better than from the factory. The entire outside has been resealed and repainted. There were two small leaks when we bought the camper, both were fixed right away to avoid further damage, everything else was resealed as a preventative. Roof was coated, again as a preventative only, no leaks were found in the roof. Roof ac is original and works great, it was used a lot while we worked on it. All outlets replaced. New lighting. New rear led brake lights. New laminate flooring. We didn"t just paint the inside, we replaced all but one of the walls with luane board. Lots of new wood in this camper, and no nails used, only screws. Custom built kitchen cabinet and counter top. The frame and axle had typical surface rust and some slight pitting here and there. I"m an experienced metal fab worker and overall the frame was in great shape. I wire brushed the whole thing and sprayed it with undercoating, it"s ready for the road! The camper no longer has a 12v system in it. It is campground ready. Tires are in great shape, we did not replace them but they have great tread and no weather cracking. We were told they were replaced 1 year ago. Bathroom was kept in its original condition, it"s in good shape and looks very vintage. No oven but we did buy a cast iron cook top that is brand new and can be easily disconnected and stored away when not in use. Jacks, water hose, and black water hose included. We unfortunately don"t have keys for the camper so there is no way to lock the storage compartment in the back or the main door. We priced the camper while taking inconsideration the faults that it still has. If we have trouble selling it, we may get a locksmith to make a key for the door and just replace the rear door lock. Approximate weight is 2500lbs. 17.5 feet with tongue, 14.5 without. It was towed easily by a 2007 Honda minivan.
