I have added jacks, reframed parts of the original frame, reinsulated with purple board, gutted the old electrical and added off grid lights that I use rechargeable batteries for. $2k worth of new material and upgrades went into her to make her what she is now. Can easily have solar or electrical added as that was my plan before I decided to stick to strictly online sales. The owner I purchased from said she had a title for the camper but could not find it, as they aren"t required for this weight in florida I had the camper registered without, the seller then found the title and I do have that in my possession. * merchandise not part of the sale
