1972 Vintage Aristocrat Lowliner 16FT 18 with tounge that is in great condtion.The camper is real solid and has been REPAINTED and has NEW TIRES and has had the wheel bearing repacked and has electric brakes that WORK! She weighs 2600 LBS and PULLS LIKE A DREAM! The interior is in nice condition with original Upholsterey that is starting to wear in spots but usable and SHOWS GREAT PATINA! and original floor covering with some cuts in vinyl but no SOFT SPOTS! The toilet and water heater were removed before I got it and there is a tall Porti Potti in the bathroom area.The camper has a NICE SIZED BIG FRIDGE! You can sleep 2 in the pull out couch and 2 when the table is let down.There is a big closet and lots of cabinets and storage areas including 2 outside.The camper is real solid and all the windows have been resealed and the ceiling is LEAK FREE WITH NO STAINS!
