Great vintage Avion 28t. Bought trailer to fix up and use, but lack of time we purchased a toy hauler to use instead. Trailer is awesome shape inside and out. Installed 5 New heavy duty 10ply tires checked brake, wheel bearings which are in good condition, and all lights work. Not certain about appliances did not try, water heater was removed and bypassed will throw in a brand new tankless hot water heater. Have extra New parts to throw in. Window has small hole in it by entry, easy fix. Pre wired for AC but doesn"t have unit. Can local deliver for small fee.
