Vehicle description
This is a 1971 Shasta Compact travel trailer ready for a custom trailer or restoration project.
The exterior of the camper is 10" and was recently painted and detailed and is in good condition with a few dings and patched holes. The tires are in good shape and it tows great! Rear lights were modified, but I still have the original covers and leveling jacks (see pics) There is a window on each side with a cracked pane that has been fixed with silicone. There is no awning, but the slide-in mount is there, and there is a custom PVC tube mounted on the front to hold an awning when not in use.
The interior was modified for a workspace and traveling store. It has a black and white linoleum floor. There is a counter/desk with drawers. The formica table is original and included. The oven hood and overhead cabinet are there and all electrical boxes and lights work.
There is some water damage near the vent at the front left of the trailer and on the ceiling. This is from a small leak that I patched years ago that has returned. It has caused some buckling of the interior wood.
Keys and locks work. It has a clear title, and it hooks onto a 2" ball hitch.
The camper is being sold as is. No warranties or condition of the camper is implied or otherwise. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due at auction"s end and the remaining balance in the form of cash at pick up.

I am relisting this camper because of problem with the previous auction winner. Please be ready to pay the deposit at the end of the auction and also ready and equipped to pick the trailer up within a week of the end of the auction.
