1971 Shasta 1400 Located in Dardanelle, Arkansas Clear Arkansas Title
This is a project camper with SO much potential Highly sought after Shasta brand. Can’t go wrong with that! Would make a beautiful restored camper, excellent glamper, or an excellent candidate for a boutique, tiny home, office space, etc.
Exterior New coat of paint All window frames are intact. The back was reframed by previous owner and framed over the window. We do have the back window frame in great shape and new glass installed. With a little reframing it would be easy to install Tires are in good condition 2 Inch ball Will need chain Brake lights and blinker lights work 4 way plug No leaks City water inlet Newer roof vent Needs an exterior plug ran to the breaker box. Previous owner ran on a generator so removed the plug up to the breaker box Interior Solid subfloor Original kitchen cabinetry Original Ice box Nice Closet space which can easily house a port a pot Has a vintage metal mattress springs with wood base for mattress. Can be easily removed and rebuilt for a big sleeping area, dining area, retail display space Unique mishmash of paneling which has a vintage vibe to it. With a coat of paint, it would do wonders and make a cohesive look with different textures Back wall does need to be reframed slightly to reinstall back window It is water right.
