Avion GA31087 Estimated 20,000 miles. Smooth-Glide suspension. Life time warranty to original owner. This mechanism has a feature that if you get a flat tire you can lift it off the ground without changing it and continue driving! Fully adjustable Reese hitch with spring bars included. This is a 100% original 31’ Avion including carpet! Two of the three roof vents have upgraded Lexon skylights can easily be changed back to roof vents. A/C, heater, stove, oven, refrigerator freezer, toilet, bathtub shower, sinks, water heater, cabinet hardware, crank-up antenna with power booster, propane automatic switch over system, converter omnipower system battery charger, brakes system all original in working order with owners books; drawings schematics diagrams exploded views and parts lists and how the trailers are built and how to operate and clean them and more.Tires are mid 1980’s. Recommend standard wheel bearings servicing and brake safety inspection and tire replacement. No hail damage. No corrosion. No signs of water leaks anywhere. One tiny little scratch dent bottom left rear as pictured. Couple cracks in front plastic window shield cover, riveted as pictured. Couple cracks in plastic inside refrigerator/ freezer doors. Kitchen counter front edging Trim needs replaced as seen in picture. You have to put the new style propane bottle valves on to get them refilled (about 30 gallons propane in them now). Woodwork and wall & ceiling material in good condition needs detailing to look bran new. Whole outside trailer needs detail cleaning as mossy growth pictured. I did a test spot - cleaned nicely with sponge, dish liquid and water. Did not unfurl the awning but it is a Zip Dee with owners manual. Will provide any detailed pictures or proof of workability requested. RVI registered #0212749. Unladen weight 5,100 pounds. Call Avion dealers for any replacement parts.
