Very cool, old "canned ham" camper
1970 ARISTOCRAT Good title Great old camper to restore Much of the restoration work is done (see below) and there"s plenty more to do 7 day auction- ends this sunday eve VERY LOW RESERVE
This camper has a new subfloor and brand new vinyl floor The camper was entirely gutted and all framing repaired, new paneling on the walls is in place Some of the aluminum was replaced and repainted - it looks good very good rolling frame - no rust or weak points As far as the inside it is basically a bare canvas and new owner can make this camper however they want it inside Please see all the pictures

Most of the windows and latches, emergency exits, most screens etc. are in good condition Frame isvery solid Tons of extra parts included Trailer tows nicely. Axle and springs are in good shape. Tires are roadable, rims are good and bearings have been checked. I pulled it about 25 miles recently with no problems.
I towed it 25 miles recently with no problems and would not hesitate to tow it anywhere, any distance with a spare tire
I used temporary lights (from any auto parts store, Lowes or home depot etc) to tow and new owner should plan to do the same. Its a good camper, Ready to roll Title provided upon full payment and pick up of camper
A 300 deposit is due AT END OF AUCTION (paypal or cert. check- overnight mail) and full payment within 7 days of end of auction
