Here"s a sweet well-made Shasta 1400 model travel trailer. Never smoked in clean dry New Mexico trailer. Light weight pulls straight with stability from the 215/75r15 radial tires in VG condition. 7.7 wide X 12.5. 14" from rear to tip of tongue. working stove and rebuilt heater with new gas lines. separate utility dressing room for porta potty. Cute little 3 way refrigerator needs thermo coupler. Solid tight roof no leaks. All cabinets, drawers, crank windows, screens, front door and door screen work and function properly and are in very good original condition. VG tires, electric brakes, on board RV DC battery to control heater and light and one of the coolest removable tongue jacks. All new marker lights tail lights brake lights everything works. Plug in 110 volt lighting system. Makes a great vacation home, guest bedroom and kids play house, tiny house in the back yard Clean NM title in my name currently registered with plate. 48 years old showing light wear and normal small dings and cuts to exterior skin areas as seen in photos. there are two cracked glass panes on front window. All in all I think you could call this camper a survivor. listed locally so I reserve the right to end listing early.
