Vehicle description

1969 Fan Lee Liner travel trailer with Solar:
This camper has been completely rebuilt and modernized with solar power for a 12 volt system. You can camp long term and you do not need to charge the batteries with a 110 volt charger, you do need some sun for about 3 hours a day to keep the battery 100% charged. All systems are new 12V, 110V, Plumbing, Tanks. This camper has a residential size queen bed (60 X 80). The 12V systems in the camper is very unique, it is powered all by the sun, the lights, ceiling fan, hood ran, water pump. You only need 110V power to run the AC and Refrigerator You will also receive all the photos from the start to finish. The exterior measurements are 16" - 10" long, 7" - 6" wide, the cabin is 14" - 3" long, interior height is 6" -3". Sleeps two adults and two children at the table. All the wood is finished with Bulls Eye amber shellac (Birch-wood Beauty). I started this project in 2011 all the picture show the dates of the work. The camper does not have a water heater but is plumed for one. Comes with one battery but there is room for 6.
Here is a list of new parts: Diamond plating front and back (Aluminum), all exterior screws have be changed to stainless, all exterior lights (LED), 7-way trailer cable, Grote junction box, tires, 2-baggage doors w/stainless catches, custom built wood screen door, 803 Jalousie window kits have been installed at all of the 9 windows, custom black water tank (25 gal), custom fresh water tank (24 gal), 12V Shurflo 4008 water pump, Shurflo accumulator pressure tank, 80 watt 12V solar panel, solar 12V controller with battery condition indictor, LG 7000 BTU air conditioner with heat built in to a cabinet w/remote, 12V ceiling fan above bed w/remote, 12V HD TV with built in DVD player w/remote, residential antenna, queen mattress with an added 2 inch memory foam topper, 4" X 60" foam headboard for bed area, all light fixtures (most are LED), all wiring 12V & 110V, power distribution panel with circuit breaker for 110V and car fuses for 12V, stainless cook top and hood, all gas piping, all plumbing pipes, birch wood paneling, wood cabinets, custom curtains, vinyl seat cushions at table area (color matches bed headboard), vinyl flooring, 1 1/2" foam insulation in the walls, 2 dimmable reading lights at the bed area, toilet paper holder, towel rod, clothes rod.
Here is a list of original parts that I reused: sink, mirror, paper towel holder, Humphrey gas lamp, cabinet hardware, table hardware, windows, roof vent, siding, rims, and 4 screw jacks.
It is 95% complete, all that needs to be completed yet is to finish stripping the siding and clear coat or paint to your color. The ele. brakes have not been touched, they might need some work.
I didn’t build this camper to sell, I build for me to camp in but we now have a 5th wheel camper, I don’t need two campers. I did use it twice in 2019 it is truly a head turner inside and out.
