Relisted without a reserve. The last high bidder cancelled their bid. Please only bid if you plan to purchase this camper. Thanks This is a 1979 FAN Lee Line double axle camper with electric brakes and electric lift tongue jack. It is 15 foot long and 18 foot overall. Sleeps 4 comfortably. We are the 2 nd owners of this camper. The floor, wood paneling and curtains with valances are in very good shape. The furnace is 12 volt LP with a pilot light. The refrigerator runs on both 110 volt and LP. The electrical panel is circuit breaker with no problems. The newer air conditioner has the optional 5400 watt electrical heat which is what we use. The windows all crank in and out well. Included with the camper are 4 corner jacks, wheel chocks and a newer drain hose. I also have extra left and right window cranks for this unit for a just in case issue. The marine battery is 4 years old and is holding a good charge. This has been my special camper. I now have an airstream that my friend decided to sell. This unit has had these updates. 2014 New light covers and roof vents. Stove exhaust vent fan. High rise stool. 15000 Btu Dometic air conditioner with 5400 watt heater option. Electric lift tongue jack.
2016 Painted 3 coats of rubberized sealer on roof.
2017 New Black water tank and dump valve. 5 new tires with 3000 miles on them. Completely re-calked every seam.
The rear cushion for the couch on one edge has some sunlight damage.There is a small dent that broke the skin on the top right front that is sealed with silicon. There is no warranty given on this camper. If you have questions or need more pictures please contact me. Thanks
