Restoration project. Non rotted, California owned with registration good "til until Aug, 2018. Currently being lived in in a Northern California mobile home park. Moving to in with family next month or two, and won"t need it anymore.All four tires, which are proper trailer tires and appear to be in good condition. Only a couple years old condition, but can"t guarantee, I rotate them every couple moths to help prevent flat spots. I had planned on using this guy to travel the country, that"s why I picked an easy to tow Air Stream.Water heater needs repair or replacement. No water running at the moment. A previous owner covered the entire inside with foam sheets for insulation, pretty cozy. Top vents are sealed, don"t know why. . non working air conditioner on roof. Stove may be still okay, haven"t tried to use it, nor any of the Propane features. looks like ten gallon tanks. Also has original interior gas lamps. l Don"t know if faucets work or not. water off because of water heater leak. Bathroom is in rear. and still has original tub, shower and sink. I"m using just a small oil type electric heater, which seems to be doing just fine. . Toilet functions. Filling it using pails, but it works well, as is. Don"t know real condition of flooring, nor anything under the floor. covered with kind of old carpet, not spotless due to lack of care from previous owner. All windows intact, but one has a small crack in it. Trailer exterior,doesn"t appear to have been damaged from use, but one panel to the rear of heater has to be re riveted back on. I removed it, but not able to replace it due to my aging inabilities.Have no idea if running lights are working or not. Definitely needs to be polished, from years of neglect.
I assume it will tow just fine, Was going to use my gas operated, 92 Isuzu Trooper to do the job. Condition of axles and brakes are unknown.
