For sale: our sweet, well-loved vintage Trailblazer Travel Trailer made in Spencer, WI in 1968. Because of the age/vintage, it is a bit tough to find all of the specs but I did my best to list what I could think of below. We actually rather like this trailer and would take the time to bring her back to full glory, but the trailer has a lot more than we need, amenity-wise, and we have decided to go with something smaller. I do not know the gross trailer weight but I would estimate it at around 3300 lbs. I have successfully hauled the trailer over various Colorado mountain passes in a V6 Toyota 4Runner six times without issue and cross-country twice without any issues. Specs: 1968 Trailblazer Travel Trailer ~16" Box Length, ~19-20" Hitch-to-Bumper Shower / Toilet / Bathroom Sink / Propane Oven / Propane Range / Propane Heater / Kitchen Sink / Water Reservoir Spacious closet Stereo Receiver & Speakers Sleeps 6 total (4 adults + 2 children in retractable loft, which has a wooden ladder to access) Dining Table and Bench for seating (both of those collapse down to become the beds) 120V/15A Service Plug for inside 120V electrical hookups 7-way trailer connector plug Clearance lights have been upgraded to LEDs Bearings last packed ~2500 miles ago Spare Tire in rear cargo box - brand new, never used I recently installed two brand new roof vents/skylights and two brand new roof vents (shower & stove roof vents). The roof vent installs were done properly with butyl putty tape and self-leveling Dicor Lap Sealant with flexibility and UV resistance.
TLC Needs: * I have never used the shower / toilet / bathroom sink /oven / range / heater / kitchen sink / water reservoir / blackwater tank . . we only used the camper as a place to sleep or take shelter. I can not verify at this time which of those work or do not, but I do not have any reason to believe they would not work. They all appear in fine shape but have not been tested. If you are in the area, you are welcome to test whatever systems you want to test, but I can"t help or test them for you; since I have never wanted to use those systems, I have never looked into how to test them out. * On one incident two years ago, a roof leak was caught as it happened, so to minimize damage I tore out the ceiling to dry it all out and I have since ensured the roof is weathertight. I have not had time to replace the ceiling, however, so you can consider it a blank slate for your own restoration. A ceiling-mounted cabinet/cupboard had to come down in the process but I have retained it for you to reinstall. Title in-hand & ready to sign over to you.
