Great little trailer 12" long. 15 gallon water tank, 2 propane tanks, stove and oven. Recirculating toilet. We bought it about 4 years ago and I did the following. New tires and brakes, new hitch wiring with breakaway system, new stereo with 1/8" jack and ipod control, new battery tender with 6 separate fused circuits, 2 outlets when on park power, forced air furnace with thermostat, new roof vent and new paint inside. There are 2 issues. First the toilet just stopped working will need to be repaired/replaced. Second, the furnace does not ignite the gas. The fan does come on with the thermostat.
