1968 Avion A-25
The exterior of this trailer is in good original condition, there are no large dents or major scratches-some normal exterior scuffs. (Refer to pictures.) The interior is in nice condition, water heater was replaced in 2012 and there is a pergo type floor installed-except for the bathroom floor, refer to pictures. The belly pan is fully intact.
Lights and stove work, I have never used the furnace. The tires have good tread and do not appear to be cracked/weather checked-see photo.It will need some new twin mattresses. Outside tow lights work, it tows well. Comes with the two 30# tanks and the hitch/levelers. It weights #4190. It also has the keys.
The toilet leaks/doesn"t function correctly, and the floor by the toilet is soft, and there is a soft spot by the main door as well. The frame/hardware for the awning is there, but it is missing the fabric for the awning.
It comes with the original manual, some maintenance records (hot water heater receipt installation, tires receipt, ect) and a clean title.
It does not have AC.
