1968 Avion A-25
The exterior of this trailer is in good original condition, there are no large dents or major scratches-some normal exterior scuffs. (Refer to pictures.) I believe interior is all original* with the exception of the water heater (new in 2012) and there is a pergo type floor installed-except for the bathroom floor. The belly pan is fully intact. (*I am not a vintage Avion expert.)
The frame/hardware for the awning is there, but it is missing the fabric for the awning. Lights and stove work, I have never used the furnace. It will need some new twin mattresses. Outside tow lights work, it tows well. Comes with the two 30# tanks (not pictured) and the hitch/levelers (which look original-again not an expert on this)
The toilet leaks/doesn"t function correctly, and the floor by the toilet is soft, and there is a soft spot by the door as well.
It does not have AC.
It comes with the original manual, some maintenance records (hot water heater receipt installation, tires receipt, ect) and a clean title.
