This is a fair condition unit but not perfect and priced accordingly so not for someone that wants a perfect camper for next weekend. Lots of potential as they say. Lights, power, gas stove, fridge, water, AC all work ( although the AC may need to be replaced but it"s just a cheap 5000 btu units that I custom fit). New coat of rubberized paint; extra thick on the roof.
