Vehicle description

Selling our vintage 1967 Aristocrat RV (travel trailer)
it"s about 15 feet in length not including the tongue.
2 propane tanks
1 New Spare Tire
Good tires
Refrigerator (works)
Sink
There is a Bunk bed in the front. Top bunk does not have a mattress. The table turns into a bed and it is missing a cushion cover.
Lots of storage / with a nice layout
This RV never came with a shower. The bathroom is basically just a room that a portable toilet sits in. Because of this there are no tanks and you would have to supply your own portable toilet.
As for the kitchen sink, there are two faucets. One is for when you are connected to water and the other is for when you are off grid and using the water in the holding tank which is located under the couch. In that case there is a lever on the front of the cabinet that is used to pressurize the tank. As for drainage for the sink, the pipe has a cap on it underneath the RV that you can either connect a standard RV drain line too or a hose connection to let it drain out on the ground.
Throughout the RV there are a few of outlets and a few lights. You would need to plug a cord into the outside of the RV from your service or generator and it will make everything live. There is 1 12 volt light in the bathroom but I"ve never used it and am not familiar with the 12 volt system at all.
All of the original louvered crank out windows (also known as Jalousie windows) are intact and functional with original cranks
This RV is ready to tow home with working tail lights and blinkers.
There is an after market awning attached and I do not know the condition. I have not extended it out and do not plan on extending it out.
If your into restoring these vintage RV"s this one is in very good condition to do so. It"s not all beat up like a lot of them out there. It has no leaks and no rot that I know of. There is a couple places that the paneling is de-laminated from years of the aluminum window frames sweating but the wall behind it doesn’t feel rotten.
It"s lightweight and can be hauled by most vehicles with a tow package.
If you"re looking for a survivor vintage RV you won"t be disappointed with this one.
*NOTE* Great to one is junk to another and junk to some is another"s gem.
