I inherited this trailer a few weeks ago. It"s been stored in a garage since 1970. I have sanitized the water heater, water storage tank and water system. Installed a new battery for the low voltage system and checked for proper operation all ok. Checked stove works, water systems work perfectly. Water heater works, wall heater works. 120volt systems work. Used pressure washer to clean roof and test for leaks all ok. It"s a true gem Single axle approx weighted 1750lbs. It"s registered in my name until 2020. I Also have the pink slip in hand
