Vehicle description

Single axle trailer measuring 13’ long (bumber to hitch), 7’ tall and 7′ wide; weighs 1700# (dry weight) and the hitch weighs 320#. The light weight makes for easy towing with most autos (I pull her with my Ford Edge SUV). There are 3 twin-size fold down beds (the rear sofa, upper sleeping berth, and convertible dining booth) making her great for a couple with a small child. Ladder for accessing upper berth There is no ‘bathroom’ but the reinforced closet contains a porta-potty. Ample storage under dinette benches and sofa. Lots of upper cabinets, 2 kitchen cabinet drawers, built in cutting board, and closet space with clothes rod and top shelf. Her walls are white and cabinets are a light dove grey. Original formica countertop and tabletop are in great shape, as is the sink and propane stove/oven. Trailer has minimal dents or dings for her age / none which interfere in function or performance.
