Single axle trailer measuring 16′ long (bumper to hitch), 6 1/2 tall and 7′ wide; weighs 1700# (dry weight) and the hitch weighs 320#. The lighter weight makes it very easy to tow. There are 3 twin size fold out beds (rear sofa with upper sleeping berth, and convertible dining booth) making her great for a couple with a small child. There is no ‘bathroom’ but the reinforced closet contains new/unused porta-potty.
Lots of upper cabinets, 2 kitchen cabinet drawers, built in cutting board, and closet space with clothes rod and top shelf.
Work Completed:
-All lights (interior and exterior) wiring redone and in perfect working condition
-Brand new 17 gallon fresh water tank, new plumping and new pump faucet installed
-New 12v deep cycle marine battery installed for interior lights
-2 USB chargers installed
