20 foot Globetrotter. No Reserve. Polished to a beautiful shine. Clean shell with new flooring ready for glamping, an office, or to be fitted out as super-stylish tiny house. Subfloor has been replaced. Sherwin Williams industrial coating on walls provides clean, bright finish. NuCore handscraped waterproof flooring installed last fall. No electrical or plumbing. Brand new futon is included. We purchased in 2014 in Florida. Towed over 1500 miles in the last 4 years with no issues (we did use external lights as no electrical is installed). Super light. Towed easily at interstate speeds with a Honda Pilot. We don"t have time to camp this year so putting on the market. GA title is in my name. Can arrange for shipping anywhere in the US
