AVION AIRSTREAM H-24 Camper/Trailer
Interior: - refrigerator: Norcold, model 626 gas/electric. Serial No: 626EG25398. - stove: Princess, 4 burner gas. Harper All-Temp oven. - furnace: Coleman LP gas model 3022. 12,600 BTU"s. - light fixtures: appear to be original and functional. - electrical: A Wadsworth 30A box that uses plug fuses. Untested because I cannot find a power adapter to fit the 3-prong connector mounted on the side of the trailer. The "hook" on the other side of the "L" prong (I can send a photo upon request). The fuses are good, and the wiring in the power box looks clean, as do the light fixtures. - sink: appears to be original and functional. - shower: appears original and functional. - toilet: no. - plumbing: untested. - stove vent and range hood: "Strawsine" Appears clean and functional, but untested because I have no power adapter. - cabinets and interior doors: Wooden cabinets and doors throughout are original and in good, solid condition. All of the cabinet latches are functional even though the plastic knobs are broken on some. - flooring: Camper has floor tiling throughout. Tiles appears to be original. Some are loose. I have included a photo of the floor in the back wall of the bathroom where the floor is soft under the stained tiles. Appears to me to have been caused by an un-repaired bathroom plumbing leak . - beds: 2 bed platforms, plus couch (sleeps 5). Couch cushions and fabric appear original. Zipper on the bottom of the top cushion needs to be re-sewn. - storage: Lots. There are storage compartments in every room.
please note: -The furnace and appliances appear clean, but I cannot test them because I cannot locate a compatible power adapter. -The ceiling vent in the bathroom is corroded and may not be functional. -The last photo shows pieces of original hardware that are included with this trailer, including one of the ceiling vent screens.
EXTERIOR: - exterior door: Solid, functional, and in good original condition. Part of the original handle has broken off, but I have the piece. Original deadlock is functional and in good condition. - screen door: Is original, functional, and in-tact. - windows: All the windows have original hardware and cranks. All windows are functional except one, but I have the pieces. 3 glass panels need to be replaced. .one is cracked and 2 are wood. Storms are present, though some need screens . - trailer wiring : trailer is wired. The round tail/brake/signal lights on the back work for towing. All of the teardrop lenses on the trailer are in-tact and the bulbs a ppear clean. These lenses appear old, but not original. - tires: both tires on this trailer are new . - spare tire mount: yes - spare tire: no -tongue: good. This trailer pulls smooth and easy. - gas tanks: holds 2 LP tanks which are not included. The stainless cover box (seen in the photos) can be locked.
please note: -There is some light denting on the L rear of the camper which is visible in the photos. - The entire undercarriage of this trailer appears smooth and in-tact- -except for each front corner. A crack of 20" under the L front corner, and a 10" dent under the R front corner that penetrated the shell. I have included a photo of these areas (R corner is shown on top of photo, L corner is shown on the bottom of the same photo).
