This is my 1963 Shasta Compact vintage camper trailer. My most recent camping trip was in Oct to San Marcos which is 6 hours each way and it towed great and we had a heavy storm come through and had no problems with the rain. This camper needs nothing and it is ready to go. If you don’t like the interior color, paint it to your desire! To me it has a warm country feel. Has a clear Texas Title in my name. It is 10 foot long (13 feet including the tongue) and 6’6” wide. Actual scale weight is 1360lbs.

It has a roomy porta potty room and bedding is the two couches that sleep very comfortably and would work great for a couple or a person and a child. One couch also slides out into a full size. Originally both couches would slide together to make a king size bed which you could easily do yourself by building another slide but it is not set up to do so at the moment. Has a TV/Monitor included with connections for HDMI, RCA and VGA (you supply you input device). All windows and trim were removed, cleaned, polished and reinstalled using only stainless steel screws. All windows have good screens, glass and operate correctly. Please note the extra photo where I removed all the cushions and decor so you can clearly see what is underneath.
Everything that follows is * NEW *: New Paint, tires (including spare), axle, leaf springs, repacked wheel bearings, tongue jack, tongue Lock, Bulldog hitch coupler with 2” ball and 4 pin tail light connector, tow chains, locking entry door handle and outside storage door with keys, LED marker lights. Kitchen has been entirely rebuilt with all ne appliances, plumbing, faucet, fridge, stove, microwave, 10,000 BTU air conditioner with remote, New propane system for stove with full tank of propane. 110 Shore power upgraded to 30amp, second circuit and three outlets added. Includes new 30 amp power cable.
