Vehicle description

Vintage 1963 Kenskill. 19 0r 20 ft. width is 8 ft. ceiling height is 6" 7" Beds are 32"x76" All windows work as they should. Screens for most of them. locking door with key. Locking compartment with key. Dual axle. Tongue jack works Original appliances. Original wood paneling and floors. Title in my name and it is registered. The roof was resealed a couple years ago. there were a few leaks before resealing. see pictures. The bathroom was in the worst condition.(also some wood in the bathroom closet) It will need the most renovation. The floors are solid throughout the trailer. There are wear marks and on the bed room floor has a large split. I have had the trailer plugged into electric and the lights and fridge work. The trailer is fairly heavy. I would advise a 3/4 ton truck to pull it. Tires hold air, but need to be replaced for any distance.
The sink and stove are not hooked up, nor are the gas lights. The sink and stove was removed to replace the counter top formica, all parts are there to rehook up. You might want to change the color, so you can hook everything up at that time. Someone previously added the tile backsplash, it needs to. be removed and redone. A lot of the ceilings and cupboards were sanded. Still needs to be stained and moldings added. There is a large fiberglass window cover for the front window. Needs to be attached. Beds have original box springs. The mattresses had to be tossed out. There is minimal staining beneath almost all the windows. The freezer door has a broken part that holds the door in place.
In the back outside compartment, I have never had it open. Might be a treasure in there. I tried, but got my key stuck in the lock. Finally got it out, but didn"t"t try to open it again. Stove has not been checked, but I"ve never seen one with so little use and it should work like new. The gas lights look like they had never been used. All the electric lights are genuine 1963! The bathroom sink, toilet, and tub are a great 60"s pink. There is a huge closet in the bathroom. Needs attention. There are many built-ins in the cupboards and closets. Lots of storage. The water system hasn"t been tested. Copper pipes. Plumbing looks good, but who knows. THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT GUEST TINY HOUSE.
The trailer needs to be repainted on the outside. Also needs some corner metal on the front corners. Steps and front hitch/tongue need scraping and repainting. I bought this at an estate sale from heirs of original owner. My health prohibits me from doing anything on it. The click clack sofa seats need to be re-upholstered. They are solid and sturdy. Nice wedding cake light covers on the back and nice black plates.
I require a $500.00 NONREFUNDABLE deposit at auction."s end This is being sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees. ( I have all the measurements for all the windows if you want to sew curtains while bidding!) Forgot to mention that there are pocket doors between the kitchen and bedroom, and the bathroom door is a pocket door with a mirror. nice solid wood. There is a large fiberglass window cover for the front window. Missing one bracket to put it on.
