1966 kenskill, I purchased this from the original owners family. I personally knew the lady who owned this beauty Lois passed away about 6 yrs ago and then this trailer had been left on their property. Her son inherited it and and he also passed away approximately 2.5 yrs ago. The daughter in law sold the property and I acquired this time capsule. I hired someone to apply new burgundy and cream colored paint , has good towable tires, all aluminum cleaned and reinserted then new premium caulking applied, comes with everything original , nothing missing, have all trim attached, (sun shade / rock guard not attached (here). Has kenskill embossed step not attached (here) The Roof is in great shape and clean. Around the perimeter of the roof vents I had new roof coating applied. I am obtaining a title through a process of a lien because daughter in law couldn’t find the title. The inside is all original, never tampered with. This model Came with bathroom shower and toilet. I never tested anything , so all appliances were used by the first owner Lois. The trailer had a blow out and damage on the side from someone who moved it before I bought. I was going to buy a new aluminum panel piece to replace the damaged side but looked underneath and it will require a wood rebuild and floor in this section which had water leak from the past. I’m going to pay the $800+ California DMV back fees so the lien is paperwork is processing now , will be easy to put in your name. After Lois passed away no one paid for a small dmv fee to register so each year so our DMV penalized with fees
