Item is in decent condition for it"s age - needs restoration, but cabinets are sound and free from water damage, birch walls have minor damage under windows. Ny does not issue title for prior to 1970 trailers, but have transferrable NY registration in hand. Original stove and fridge are intact, but I never reconnected electric or propane lines after floor and roof repairs. Has a back bedroom w single beds, and a rear exit.door, as well as a front click clack sofa. Toilet and shower have been removed and floor no longer has holes, but sink and cabinetry are intact in bathroom area. Will be unavailable for pickup between Aug 23 and Sept. 3 but can be picked up before or after those dates, and needs to be removed before snowfall in upstate NY which can occur in early October. Reserve the right to remove listing for local sale. Plan on measuring it and getting an accurate length - my guess is about 24 feet and updating the listing when I get a chance as it is not at my home.
