This is a rare beauty ready to be restored. We have only had it for about a year and are only getting rid of it because we needed something bigger. It does need new tires and new flooring in the back of the camper. The original AC does not work but have been told it needs just one part to get it working. It does have a window AC that keeps the whole camper cool. We have not hooked up the water or gas since we bought it so unsure about the lines for those. The toilet is portable. I think it is 28 ft long. We do have most (if not all) of the cabinet doors also. Whoever gets this will be a really lucky person. I have not been able to locate any information online of this particular model still in circulation. Have been told by several vintage experts that my pricing is a steal!
