1962 Shasta Compact with many upgrades including flush toilet and holding tank. . Upgrades include all new electric ,cable hookup, microwave oven and custom cabinets from 1950 Spartan aircraft trailer. Full bed with hinged platform for under bed access as well as front of bed access via slide panels. Also has outside storage access as well. Has a single top bunk we installed for luggage. All new LED lights and new exterior receptacles and power hook up. Also has 3 new interior 3 prong plugs. New safety chains and truck power lead. All the hard stuff is completed. Well insulated original ice box as well as a lot of original features. Full bed does not come with mattress ,sleeps 2 and a child could sleep in bunk. weighs approx 1200lbs so it can be towed with any vehicle equipped with 2" ball hitch. There is a dryer vent installed in bathroom wall where we used a vertical ac unit when down south. Also added 16 gal water tank with pump that works of motorcycle battery on bathroom shelf as well asoriginal hand pump on counter. Also added operable crank out rear window also Includes all original literature. New flexible service lines and all gas lines resealed. New tires and wheel bearings done in 2016. Also new leaf spring and brass bushings inspected and in great shape. Stove top and oven work as they should as does original gas lamp. Has all original fixtures and lamp shades. *Awning not included lost in storm. Some old water stains near rear window and roof vent very minimal. Has not leaked since we resealed everything.Polished original wings and window eyebrows as well as Shasta emblem and used stainless fasteners to reinstall. Also installed 1/4" tap valve so insta hot water heater is easy to install,counter top already pre drilled to install and receptacle close to plug in. Thanks for looking and good bidding.
