Cool Old Aristocrat! Very restore able! Love That Rocket look down the side! Some dry rot in Right front and left rear corners (see pics). No Rust. Very dry underneath. Floor seems solid with no soft spots. Exterior is pretty good with minor dings & dents. In floor Furnace. Tires are new (dated 2015 I believe). Pulls Good. I have not tested any lights, furnace, stove etc. Cabinets are good I think all of the broken cabinet door is there to be repaired. Please Ask questions!
