Restored Vintage 1961 Trailblazer Travel Trailer Camper Glamper - $6,625 FIRM Meet Lucy. She is a blast from the past. Lucy is as cute as a button and full of character. This vintage camper is a very desirable year, make and model. This little glamper is a time capsule with original appliances – stove, oven and refrigerator. All appliances are in working order. Trailblazers were originally manufactured in Spencer, Wisconsin by Spencer Sports Products from 1960-1979. The distinct feature that sets them apart from all other vintage campers is there are shutters on all of the windows. This trait gives these amazing campers an original and homey touch. Lucy’s exterior also has the funnest paint job ever with bright colors and pennants. Lucy’s interior is cheerful and fun too. The new tile floors are bright pink, yellow and orange. She has brand new washable slip cover cushions. Her curtains are paisley with sweet little pom poms. All of Lucy’s cupboards and cabinets are freshly painted. Decorative items are included. Lucy has an entry door and a separate screen door to let the breeze in. Lucy also comes with a brand new 8,000 BTU portable air conditioner. You may notice that in some photos there was a white curtain. The cabinet door was removed temporarily to create an A/C vent in the door. You can see in another picture that the curtain has been taken down and the door has been put back in place. The portable A/C unit can be housed in the cabinet and the cool air is blown out of the vent in the door. Lucy’s kitchen table converts to a bed with room for 2 adults. Her rear couch slides out into a sleeping area with room for an adult or 2 small children. There is no toilet or shower. However, the small storage space could easily be remodeled into an area for a port-a-potty. Trailer length: 17 feet. Approximately 3,000 lbs. She’s tows easily with our pickup truck. Roof and windows waterproofed approximately 6 months ago. New tires and wheel bearings greased in June. New tail lights and stop lights. The trailer is sold as-is. We will store the camper free of charge for up to 30 days while you arrange transportation. We have title in hand. REDUCED PRICE from $8,000 to $6,625 FIRM - - Lucy’s buyer (in other words, YOU!) is responsible for pick up. Shipping costs are NOT included. We are located in the Houston, TX area. We have never towed the camper over long distances. We had her transported on a trailer bed when we purchased her at a cost of $1.33/mile. Please take shipping arrangements and shipping costs into consideration before purchasing. We enjoyed showing Lucy off with our vintage cars - Ellie, our 1965 El Camino and Maggie, our 1975 CJ5 Jeep. She always gets lots of attention and is loved by everyone who meets her. We are selling Lucy because we are looking to purchase another larger vintage trailer to turn into a waiting area for my husband’s mechanic shop. Ladies will be able to get their nails done while waiting on their car to be repaired. We hate to let her go. Please give Lucy a good home. You’re gonna love her!
