Vehicle description
This is a vintage trailer with a little modification done inside. The roof, front and back are fiberglass and the sides are metal. The roof needs some work. It does leak some but the tarps on top have protected it from further leaks. The inside is all oak paneling with some damage to the ceiling from an old leak. There is a broken single-pane window by the kitchen sink. The gas stove and oven work as well as the plumbing as far as we know. The toilet was taped shut to seal it. These did work when it was used about 15 years ago. The fridge is electric and works. Not sure if the propane furnace is functional. It was looked at a long time ago and said it may need replacing. There is a little electric heater by the door which doesn"t work but could easily be replaced. The trailer is located in Maytown, Washington but has a permanent MT license. Whoever purchases it will need to haul. It has been on jacks but the tires may need air so whoever purchases may want to bring an air compressor.
