Shell was lifted off the frame
Every bit of rust was cut out of the frame and welded with new steel
Frame was coated in rust preventative primer
New insulation
New subflooring
New Hardwood flooring
The leather couch comes with it
Has a very nice/new Colman Ac roof Unit
(Taken off for winter)
New tires
Has 220V hookup
Comes with 110v, non propane, mini fridge
Half way done with polishing shell
Shell has cosmetic damage in 2 spots
