Vehicle description

This is a 1957 SPARTAN Imperial Villa mobile home and towable triple axle trailer with 410 square feet of living space. It has aluminum framing and a solid birch wood interior. The plywood subfloor and undercarriage are solid everywhere and the original thick aluminum belly pan is still fully attached and sealed. It is in overall beautiful original condition conducive to upgrading into a home or guest house. Three birch wall panels under windows have water damage and should be refinished or replaced. This beautiful Spartan was given to us by family to turn into a mid-century home however Arizona does not allow a vintage trailer to be permanently located where it can be seen from the street.
INSPECTION The Spartan is located in Tucson Arizona at a covered RV storage company. It can be inspected most days between 9: AM and 4: PM. Email dates and times and your phone number if you"d like to see it.
WHEELS & TIRES Included are 6 new F-rated commercial 12-ply 225/75 R15 tires and new black aluminum rims, 15x6 with bolt pattern 6 on 5-1/2, for all new tires and rims on 3 axles. The tires and rims will be installed with new lug nuts upon arrival on August 26.
TOWING & PICKUP This Spartan tows smoothly and has 2-5/16" coupler. Safety chains, hooks and D shackles rated for 10,000 pounds should be used for a road tow. A new RV plug and brake lights should be installed for safe and legal long-distance towing. It can be towed in Arizona by anyone with a driver"s license and towing experience. Only a day permit is needed if it"s being relocated within the state. In California, a Class A commercial license, a mobile home moving permit and a pilot car are required due to the 10" width. Towing requirements for a 10"wide trailer vary by state and should be confirmed for each state. The easiest way to move it interstate is to hire a professional logistics company.
QUESTIONS & PHOTOS Email any questions and requests for photos. Provide your phone number and good times if you"d like a call.

The balance of the purchase price will be due upon pickup and taking possession of the trailer or no later than the end of September. Payment can be made by bank check, bank wire, credit card or cash in person upon inspection. Credit and debit cards are accepted if the buyer is willing to pay the 3% bank fee.
