1956 Flxible Visicoach Bus RV Conversion Vintage Barn find. Very cool old bus made the last day of 1955. Bus has a GMC 401 big block V6 with a 5 speed splicer transmission. Runs and drives and pretty good shape for her age. I think she’s spent a lot years inside. I had the intentions of resto modding her but I just don’t have the time to right now so I’ve decided to try to sell her. All the outside lights work, turn signals, and even the air controlled wipers work great. Just about all the air brake system was replaced in 2006 including the brake pads. The interior had the carpet removed and was never replaced. The plumbing looks like it was in the process of being replaced with pex and will need to be finished. The 12k AC blows cold, fridge works, propane works, has a 30amp power hook up the works. The two dinettes in the front were recovered and in good shape. Both have tables and make into beds. I have many pictures and will try to upload a video of the Flxible driving.
I’ve only driven the bus about 40 miles. It does run rich so the carb needs to be cleaned, adjusted, or replaced before driving more than a few miles. She does have a dent in the rear that was repaired with bondo. And she does have some rust spots but not bad for the age.
