1955 Spartan Executive Mansion. 50"x8". 9k gvw. I purchased this last year with the intention to restore and live in. It was occupied on a farm in Delaware until two years ago. Electric, gas, and plumbing was verified before disconnected. I repacked the bearings and towed it 100 miles to Philadelphia. Aluminum body is in good shape, no major dents. Back lock broken. One soft spot in the floor near the shower. It will not take much to restore this beauty. Awesome tiny home material. I will be happy to provide as many pictures as you like, and can even accommodate a video tour if preferred.
