We love this gem,we think you will too. Refurbished travel trailer. 17 feet sleeps 2 well. Maybe 3. Single axal,has potty that can be hooked up. We rarly use it. We generally camp at elwctric sites,not full hook up. The stove is gone. I didn"t use it. When we camp we grill,use an electric skillet and microwave. We use a small space heater and it works fine for heat. The Windows all work ,no cracks. Have been oiled,and open and close fine. No leaks. Roof was resealed in spring. All windows were recalked and new drip pans put on. We have keys to the lock. The step is excellent. The Moonie hubcaps are original. One light on each side in back. Outlet up front and in kitchen. An under cabinet light. Microwave and refrigerator included. It has the awning and the stakes! Deposit required. Cash at time of Pick up It is travel worthy. You will be responsible for pick up. Weight 5000lbs. New tires Bearings packed last year. You are responsible for pick up.
