Vehicle description
1953 Spartan Imperial Mansion "double ender" travel trailer. Needs some restoration. Has been lived in for last four summers.
The Good:
Original upholstery on dinette and headboard in very good condition.
Original sofa pull out bed with original bolsters and pillows in good condition.
Original stove and refrigerator in good working order.
New wheels and tires four years ago, with only 20 miles on them. Bearings repacked and brakes checked.
Beefed up front wishbone.
New gas tanks, regulator and hoses.
Some new plumbing.
New wiring harness to brakes.
New safety chains.
Original underbelly in place in good condition.
Inside lighting and vent fans are all working.
Original linoleum in good shape, except by rear door.
The Bad:
Dents on the front behind gas tanks.
Needs a new Lexan window & rubber seal.
Furnace is missing the burner.
Soft spot on living room floor by one window.
Bathroom sink needs waterline fitting.
Small area of living room ceiling has damage to panel.
Some minor water stains.
Tail and running lights not hooked up to harness.
